Terms of service.

This website and the RankOnChatGPT service are operated by J&N Peak LLC, based in Lavon, Texas. These terms apply to your use of this website and requests for an audit.

Audit requests

Provide accurate information about your business and website. The audit is offered at no cost. Requesting an audit does not require you to purchase monthly services. Monthly service terms are shared separately.

Snapshots, not guarantees

Audit results are snapshots of AI responses at the time of the checks. Answers may change between questions, sessions and dates. We do not guarantee that any AI service will name your business, recommend you or maintain a particular ranking. Progress is measured as a trend over months.

Monthly services

Services may include Google Business Profile improvements, structured data, FAQ content, citation consistency, review support and scheduled AI visibility checks. No contract. Scope and any service details will be provided for your approval before work begins.

Your website and approvals

Nothing goes live on your website without your written approval. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share information and authorize changes to your business listings and website.

AI platforms, search engines and directory sites operate independently. We do not control their answers, availability or policies. Links to research are provided for reference.

Disputes and governing law
