RankOnChatGPT is a J&N Peak LLC company based in Lavon, Texas. This policy explains how we handle information you share through our audit request form, our AI chat, by phone or by email.

Information you share

Our audit request form collects your name, business name, website, city and state, phone number and business email address. We also store your agreement to contact about your request and the submission date. If you call or email Jay, we receive the details you choose to share.

AI chat conversations

Our AI assistant collects the same audit details through conversation. Chats are saved privately so you can return to the same conversation in this browser. A browser cookie identifies your conversation. Chat messages are processed by our AI service provider to generate replies. Do not share passwords or sensitive information. The assistant is AI, not Jay, and may make mistakes. Before sending an audit request, you review your details and explicitly agree to contact.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare your audit, deliver your report and walkthrough video, answer your questions and respond to your inquiries. Audit results are snapshots of AI answers, not guarantees of future visibility or rankings.

Your contact choices

The form and AI chat ask for your agreement before submitting an audit request. To ask us to stop contacting you, email jayjppeak@gmail.com.

Storage and sharing

Audit requests are stored privately and are not publicly readable. Service providers may process information as needed to handle your inquiry and deliver the service. We do not sell your contact details.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed to handle your request, provide services and meet legal obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Applicable legal obligations may limit deletion.
