What does the audit cost?
It's at no cost. Pricing for the monthly work is shared with your audit and video.
Why can't I just ask ChatGPT myself?
You can, and it is a good gut check. But one chat is one snapshot that changes every time. We run a set of real buyer questions, record who gets named and which sources are cited, and recheck on a schedule so you see a trend.
How do I ask for an audit?
Use the audit request form on our home page, or call or email Jay. The form asks for your name, business name, website, city and state, phone number and business email address.
Which businesses is this for?
Local service businesses: roofers, plumbers, HVAC, movers, cleaners, landscapers and similar.
Results and timing
Can you guarantee I show up in ChatGPT?
No. No one can guarantee a spot in ChatGPT. AI answers change from one ask to the next. We report snapshots and trends over months, not a fixed rank. We improve the sources AI reads about you and show you the results.
How long until I see changes?
There is no promised timeline. Some fixes are picked up sooner than others, and AI answers vary between asks. We report monthly so you can watch the trend instead of guessing.
How do you measure progress?
We run scheduled checks of the same questions across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok and Claude. We archive those checks and read progress as a trend over months, not a fixed rank.

Does this replace Google Maps?
No. Google Maps remains a major channel for local searches, and your Google Business Profile is one of the main sources AI reads. We work on it as part of the job.

Working together
Do I need to change my website?
Usually small additions: structured data, FAQ content and crawler access. Nothing goes live without your written approval.
Do you need access to my website and Google profile?
The audit needs no access. For monthly work, manager access to your Google Business Profile and website access, or a contact for your web person, make fixes faster. Website changes always wait for your written approval.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly work has no contract.
